Child Trafficking And Child Labour Rescue

Child Trafficking and Labor is a serious issue in India. Children are illegally taken or transported from states like Bihar, Jharkhand, Jammu and Kashmir, Uttar Pradesh, etc for exploitation. They are often forced into labour or other abusive situations. Young children are forced to work for 12 - 15 hours in terrible conditions for an average daily wage of 150 - 300 Rs, often as bonded labourers. This exploitation takes away their childhood and prevents them from getting an education and a healthy life. They are stuck in this situation due to family pressures or extreme needs. Sahyog remains dedicated to its mission of rescuing and providing a safe environment for children from dangerous environments such as factories and industrial areas in Delhi, UP and Haryana. With the assistance of government bodies like police enforcements, the SDM, the Labour Department and the CWC department, Sahyog Care does its best to liberate these children. Notably, factories involved in these exploitative practices have been rightfully sealed as a legal consequence. Once the children are rescued, Sahyog provides immediate medical care to them and essential counselling services to help them deal with their traumatic experiences. Our dedicated team maintains continuous contact with the rescued children and their families, offering unwavering support and assistance like enrolment in schools and vocational training, providing grocery kits, hygiene kits and stationary kits in the initial few months.
