Baby of Puja Yadav (DOB: 17.04.2025) is diagnosed with a congenital heart defect and is currently under the care of Dr. Deepak Thakur at Fortis Hospital Manesar.
The baby is suffering from Large PDA (Patent Ductus Arteriosus) along with PAH (Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension). Due to this condition, excessive blood is flowing into the lungs, leading to increased pressure in the pulmonary arteries. As a result, the child’s oxygen levels drop frequently, there is poor weight gain, and multiple related complications are developing. If not treated in time, the condition may gradually progress towards heart failure.
Considering the seriousness of the case, Dr. Thakur has advised early device closure to prevent permanent damage and to give the baby a healthy chance at life.
The baby’s father, Mr. Jitendra Yadav, a resident of Tikamgarh, Madhya Pradesh, is engaged in small-scale work and earns a very modest income. The estimated cost of the procedure is beyond his financial capacity. The family is going through immense emotional and financial distress, helplessly watching their little one struggle for every breath.
