Sahyog is also determined to provide women with skills and knowledge that will enable them to establish successful careers and gain financial independence.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">With the help of the intensive training courses of Basic and Advanced IT, Tally and Accounting, Digital Marketing and AI, BPO (Call Center), Stitching and Tailoring, and Beauty Culture, Sahyog also offers women a wide range of different ways to work on their potential and become what they want to be. The programs enable women to either secure jobs or they become entrepreneurs and they have the confidence to join the working population and help them and families.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Promoting Self-Reliance through SHGs<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sahyog Care For You is also focused on encouragement of women to be self-reliant and financially independent using Self-Help Groups (SHGs). One of the efforts that have been made is the production and sale of cheaply produced sanitary napkins. Not only is this effort filling a very important need of affordable menstrual hygiene items, but it is also giving the women a source of income.
